  From the first moment I bit into one of their chocolate croissants and the flakes stuck to my mouth, drifted down and sprinkled my shirt like glorified pastry glitter crumbs and I didn't care, I knew I was in love with this place. I'm a fool for their creations.
  
  Yes, I have sat licking my finger and dabbing up every last crumb left from my sticky, flaky, salty/sweet kougin amann (which is my newest addiction). I have even shooed away a kindly staff offering to clear my plate as I hovered over it like a vulture.
  
  You know this place is good when you see mounds of golden foil-wrapped butter, setting out in anticipation of their final destination- the laminated dough used for so many of their amazing treats.
  
  Take some time to watch the bakers at work, as the kitchen is open to the eatery area.
  
  And taste! There are samples- breads (glorious breads I might add) and cheese and various other treats depending on the day. One time, a staff brought out to the table a toasted (still warm I might add) savory bread topped with wild chive flowers!!! I was so beautiful I had a hard time biting into it but I am so glad I did...amazing!
  
  I could go on and on. So just go! You will love every perfect bite.
